You’re doing the same thing you’ve always done, but for some reason it’s longer working for you the way it once did. You feel like you’re digging yourself deeper and deeper into a hole, and you can’t see your way out. Whatever you do, it seems that the hole keeps pulling you back down. You’re stuck in a doom loop.
When you’re stuck in a doom loop, it’s important to realize that continuing to do the same things, the same way, will only perpetuate the loop. To escape the doom loop, you need to do something different. Even if you don’t know what to do, anything you can do to disrupt your routines can help.
What routines do you need to disrupt? What can you do differently?
