A dam, an obstruction, a boulder in the middle of the road: These are all things that disrupt the normal flow of things.
Whether that’s a good disruption or a bad disruption depends partly on your point of view and partly on the result.
Sometimes disruption can be helpful. For example, a dam may block the natural flow of a river, but it also creates a lake and can provide a source of energy.
Sometimes disruption can be a problem. For example, a traffic accident that shuts down a main highway, causing backups and delays.
Are there flows and routines in your life that no longer serve a useful purpose, that need to be disrupted? Is something blocking your progress? Is there a way around the block? Can the obstacle be removed? What new alternatives and possibilities does the block create?
